  • Strong experience in a customer facing role either Sales or Customer Services. (B2B desirable)

Key Accountabilities

  • Offer the customer, wherever possible, a personalised service and maintain a professional tone in all communication
  • Aim to resolve the customer's query at the first point of contact. If this cannot be achieved, then keep the customer regularly updated with the progress of their query
  • Engage with customer to educate on the products and services available
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
  • Comply with procedures and timescales as directed
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customer's query is responded to in a timely manner
  • Handle difficult situations and complaints in a professional manner
  • Deliver a bestinclass customer experience
  • Managing customer communication via the telephone and digital formats
  • Participate in regular coaching and quality sessions
  • Engaging with the Customer Experience Team to deliver continued business performance
  • Ensuring the team can support future business growth through strong KPI delivery
  • Reporting to the Customer Experience Leader
  • Uphold our values and be a champion for the LDL way in everything you do

Salary, Hours & Benefits

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
