A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Council's Legal Service who are looking for an experienced legal officer specialising in property to join the team.


This role will involve providing legal advice and support mainly to the Council's landlord services team dealing with right to buy disposals, leases, deeds of release/variation etc.

You will carry a varied and diverse caseload with mínimal supervision. It follows that knowledge and experience of the conveyancing process will be a very important asset for the applicant.
