This role will be fully office based role at the Arora Goup head office in Heathrow area.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the daytoday management of the mixed use portfolio and carrying out regular site visits;
Providing professional advice to all departments regarding commercial property or estate management matters;
Responsible for all landlord and tenant matters, lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals assignments, subletting, alterations and budgeting/forecasting.
Liaising with our property management accountant to ensure rent reviews are triggered and correct rent is demanded in accordance with the lease;
Negotiating all estate matters arising under existing leases of premises for both directly managed buildings and external agent managed buildings.
Responsible for letting of vacant properties and liaising with leasing agents;
Ensure the tenancy schedule is up to date on a weekly basis;
Assist in the Service Charge management and budget;
Supporting the Head of Property and Property Director on general portfolio administration
