CMA Recruitment Group are working with a growing, European Financial Services business, based in Basingstoke.

Due to an internal move, the Senior FP&A Analyst position has become available.

You will be responsible for ensuring that budgeting, forecasting and management analysis is prepared accurately and on a timely basis.

What will the Senior FP&A Analyst role involve?

Preparing the budget and forecast, including relevant analysis, whilst being aware of business changes and commercial factors which may affect the figures;
Preparing monthly management analysis for incorporation into corporate reporting, including presentation of results for management review;
Maintaining a proactive dialogue with Reporting Manager throughout the budgeting and forecasting cycle to manage expectations and escalate any delays or issues;
Drive continuous improvement to analysis and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and quality of analysis;
Liaising with stakeholders within the business to ensure analysis remains relevant.
ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent studier / finalist / newly qualified;
Strong Excel skills are essential, along with good interpersonal/ communication skills and attention to detail;
Proactive and independent with an analytical approach and an ability to adapt effectively to changing circumstances and priorities;
Experience of prioritisation and managing personal workload to deadlines, teamworking, good attention to detail, selfreview;
Work experience of at least 3 years within an FP&A or Finance department.
