Vacancy - Multilingual Regional Sales Coordinator (English and French or German)
Location - London/Hybrid**We are looking for someone to join the EMEA sales team in a support function.

Based in London, you will get to know the sales process and learn about our market-leading diverse products by supporting the EMEA sales teams.

You will provide full administration to the team including submission of sales orders, and recording updates on the CRM system ensuring accuracy and speed.

You will:

Provide administrative support to sales teams within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Submit sales orders and ensure the paperwork is completed and filed, liaising with both internal and external contacts
Work with the EMEA sales teams in the production of corporate information
Working with the current processes in place within the teams and reviewing ways of improving them

You have:

Fluency in English and another European language preferably (ideally French, Spanish, Italian, or German but open to other languages)
Ability to handle a busy workload/Solutionoriented
Excellent Interpersonal skills ability to interact with a variety of different personalities, not afraid to challenge for followup information
Both written and verbal
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft office working knowledge
Knowledge of CRM system would be advantageous preferably Salesforce
Be able to build relationships both internally and externally
Selfmotivated, trustworthy and builds confidence
Knowledge and interest in the financial markets are desirable
