Burton upon Trent

Essential recruitment are currently looking to recruit production operatives due to continued growth and expansion at our client in Burton.

Daily Tasks:


  • Preparing ingredients / components packing
  • Running lines and packing products.
  • Mixing / blending operations
  • Stacking packed cases / trays of product
  • Moving / palletising pallets
  • Ensure the health and safety of yourselves and others
  • Follow a clean as you go policy

Skills Required:


  • Able to work in a clean environment
  • Able to work to and follow work instructions
  • Selfmotivated

Hours of work:22:00 - 06:00 night shift (Monday-Friday)**:

Pay rate:
£10.

71 per hour + overtime once basic 40 hours worked**:
