The Main role of the Estates and Sites Supervisor is to support, organise, advise and motivate the Estates and sites team.

This involves carrying out site inspections and ensuring that the team are maintaining the highest possible standards. Also planning and priorities daily/ weekly work programmes.


The role involves ensuring that all health and fire safety practices are being adhered to and that all Bristol city council polices, and procedures are being followed.


The role of the Estate and sites supervisor is that you also act as the council's front line visible contact providing assistance and advice to residents and visitors.

You will be required to support / lliaise with other departments within the council and outside organisations.

You may be required in exceptional circumstance outside of your core hours.


A full driving licence is required for this role.

You

may be required to travel between sites using

your

own vehicle and/or a council vehicle.
