The Role

The Project

We are looking for a Supervisor to manage, support and motivate a team of Tradespeople to complete work, first time, on time, safely and efficiently.

You will need to work closely with various departments and the client at all levels to ensure an excellent service in delivered.


Key Responsibilities:
To motivate, coach and retain tradespeople Devise a method for accurately assessing and categorising the competency profile of all team members Health & Safety Performance of contractors Selection and recruitment of Tradespeople Performance management of Tradespeople

Some flexibility in working patterns is to be expected and a clean driving license is essential.
