My client would also be interested in hearing from Senior Site Engineers looking to take the next step.

The company is fast-growing Civil Engineering firm who operate on Highways, Earthworks & Mixed Civils projects across the UK.

Your role as Sub Agent will be critical to the successful delivery of the projects, reporting to the Project Manager.

Locations include London, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, East Midlands, West Midlands & Norwich.


You must be flexible with some lodging away if necessary - accommodation & living away allowance would be included in the package.

Key responsibilities for this role:


  • Monitor & adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures on site
  • Assisting with the recording of labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources
  • Helping to mentor the more junior site staff on the project
  • Supporting the Project Manager with day to day running of the site.

Experience required for this role:


  • Experience as part of major Highways/Infrastructure/Civil Engineering projects
  • 4+ years in a Site Engineering role
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management.

Package offered for this Sub Agent role:

  • Up to £55,000 per annum
  • Car Allowance, holidays, pensions etc.
  • Accommodation and living away allowances also available.
