This position is for an ambitious Junior Surveyor who is looking to develop their skills in the construction industry within a business who values staff development highly.

You will be working with the commercial team and assisting in Project Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Estimating. As your exeperience grows, the opportunity to specilise within the department and increase your professional qualifications will be offered.

The business works in multiple sectors and construction activities, so your exposure to the Industry will be wide ranging and thorough and support will be at hand throughout your time.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate estimates based on the scope and specifications of a project.
• Schedule and coordinate resources with coworkers to meet client needs.
• Be confident to attend site visits to take measurements and work independantly.
• Be able to multitask With multiple projects being worked on concurrently.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for enquiries and purchasing.
• Support the operations team during the handover from estimating to construction.

Salary:
£21,500.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Construction: 2 years (preferred)
• Surveying: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
