We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team at our office in Mildenhall.
This is a part time role for 20-25 hours a week (flexible)
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
You should have good written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate with software and systems such as excel, word, outlook.
The Role will include
Performing basic HR admin tasks alongside recruiting for personnel within the business, advertising job roles and processing from start to finish onboarding of new employees and the interview proces:
Main Duties Include
- Recruiting of new staff
- Interviewing new staff and arranging interviews
- Advertising jobs on local job boards/online job boards
- Conversing with recruitment agencies on a daily basis
- Administration tasks for the HR Dept
Essential Experience
- Experience with recruiting staff
- Experience with onboarding processes and interviewing
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£11.00-£12.50 per hour
