One of the leading independent restaurant companies in the UK is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work on one of their best-known brands.


The Role

  • Develop and own the digital strategy build awareness, engagement, and conversion through all channels.
  • To build new guest acquisition, increase frequency of visits and drive loyalty through the execution of the digital strategy.
  • Test, learn and implement new approaches to optimise channel usage, effectiveness and ROI.
  • Deliver fantastic campaigns using creativity and innovation.
  • Manage clear and consistent analytics & reporting, updating the business on progress against digital goals.
  • Manage all activity to budget. Optimise the deployment of budget based on ROI.
  • Agency management work effectively with all agencies (CRM, digital advertising, vouchering/loyalty).
  • Develop specific campaigns aligned to brand key events that maximise performance and ensure cohesion on and offline
  • Always on organic social plan.

  • UX improvement and conversion plan.
  • SEO and localised information improvement always evolving focussed plan.
  • CRM planning.
  • An innovation pipeline what could we do better and how far could we push digital boundaries?

The Person

  • Ideally at least 34 years solid B2C Digital Marketing experience.
Very open to sector, however Hospitality, leisure & retail sectors of particular interest

  • Ability to develop content marketing and contributing to digital engagement growth
  • Experience in creating userfocussed content and developing customer journeys
  • Previous budget management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and AdWords
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign are desirable but not essential
