In order to be successful in the role of Care Assistant you will be required to:

Have a kind, caring and compassionate nature.
Be dedicated to meeting residents' needs.
Have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to shift patterns (our shifts are 7:30am 2:00pm and 2:00pm 10:00pm.)
Competently assist with personal care and meal times.
Communicate effectively and professionally.
Continually work as part of a team.
Be reliable
Have or be willing to work towards Health and Social Care Qualifications.
