Full Time, 12 months Fixed Term

The People Directorate Strategic Commissioning Team are currently developing and implementing a range of commissioning activities, working across both adults and children's services.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop creative solutions in a challenging market for commissioned services.


We are looking for a Commissioning & Research Officer to join our team to provide vital commissioning and research support to the team on a range of different work areas, covering all aspects of the commissioning cycle.

The post holder will focus flexibly on different elements depending on service demands and requirements.


As a Commissioning & Research Officer you will have strong research and analytical skills, be highly organised, with the ability to work on a number of complex work programmes across teams and with partners and deliver to deadlines.
