As a Customer Service Agent you will answering calls and managing live chat queries to the companies customers alongside a small team of 6-8 colleagues.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for:

Processing documentation correctly on the companies system
Answer live chat queries
Answer calls from customers and deal with any queries or questions
You will have great relationship building skills as you will be speaking with customers over the phone and on live chat throughout the day
You will have excellent attention to detail as you will have to work in line with the FCA expectations and rules when speaking with customers and managing documentation
