Description

Due to ambitious growth plans and high volume of project wins my scaling SME client in the Thames Valley requires a Document Controller to join their UK team.

They provide high quality automated blinds and shading solutions to some of the world's biggest names and
- put simply
- need an organised and talented star to help them meet the demand for their products and services.

The role comes with full, ongoing product training and significant career development as you'll have a genuine opportunity to build a career.

Some of the things you can expect to do in this role are:

oo Daily monitoring of clients document management systems

Numbering and labelling documents for identification and reference
Uploading document information to the client portal
Creation of as built drawings in Bluebeam
Converting information from project teams into userfriendly documents
Reviewing documents and making revisions for accuracy
Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements

Completion PQQs

Prequalification questionnaires.
Responding to Small Works enquiries and coordinating these orders

Salary:
£23,997.00-£26,350.00 per year
