Who are we looking for?

• Computer competency will be necessary to use our bespoke customer relationship management system.
• Experience with retail administration such as stock pricing, ordering, and Microsoft Office programmes is required.
• Prior knowledge of jewellery repairs and experience with visual merchandising is an advantage.
• A passion for high quality jewels is essential.

On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are competent at identifying common jewellery repair issues, and to ensure you have a strong knowledge of our stock.

The Role.
This position is full or part time. Our standard working week is 37.75 hours across 5 days and will include regular Saturday cover.
