As the Product Owner, you will be helping to bring the product road map to life. You will be a passionate individual who understands customer needs and goals. You will thrive in thinking outside of the box, turning ideas into features and user stories.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be part of our Product Team, taking our solution to the next level.

Work Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, Hybrid working.


Key responsibilities

  • Work across the full product cycle.
  • Writing User Stories.
  • Holding Show & Tells for new features.
  • Working collaboratively across all departments.
  • Gathering feedback and requirements from customers and stakeholders.
  • Taking business critical features ideas and breaking them down into product roadmaps, features, and User Stories.
  • Presenting and explaining the feature and ultimate product vision to all departments.
  • Working to deliver the product backlog.
  • Building and maintaining an internal product knowledgebase.
  • Driving our products forward inline with the company strategy.

About You

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Experience as a product owner in an agile software development environment.
  • Proven ability to capture requirements from stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to create user stories for a development team.
  • Experience in making informed choices.
  • Ability to think outside the box to solve business critical problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, combined with a positive approach.
