role:

Flexibility

Due to PGM's exciting and ambitious growth plans, the work environment for this role is likely to be fast paced and frequently changing.

To work effectively in this role, the post-holder will need to be flexible around duties and tasks undertaken and / or baselocation.

All duties expected of the post-holder will be within the same level of responsibility and terms and conditions of employment.


Annualised hours
You will be required to work on an annualized hours contract. This allow the organisation increased flexibility in matching working time to service requirements. The introduction of annualised hours is aimed at providing cover for employee absence and peakperiods on a flexible basis.

Annualised Hours will be worked flexibly and according to the needs of the service. This may include working unsocial hours, weekends and bank holidays. The employee will also be required to agree to work to a minimum number of hours per annum. (Pro-Rateto a 42.5-hour week)

  • This role will require a Basic DBS check, a driver's licence and access to a vehicle._

What we're looking for in our Carpenter:

?Essential

  • Carpentry experience
  • Full UK driving License

Desirable

  • Experience working for a Housing Association
  • Site Operative CSCS card
  • First Aid Trained
  • Part P qualified or unvented
