About the Role...

In this role based at our Purewell headquarters in Christchurch, you will be responsible for handling both room and restaurant bookings for all 14 hotels in our group within a dynamic environment where precision is vital.

Full-time position - 40 hours per week; initially a 12-month contract for Maternity cover, with the possibility of extension or permanent status based on business requirements

• Fixed Working Hours (Including Bank holidays, excluding Christmas Day & Boxing Day)
• Commencing salary of £25,000, with an increase to £27,000 after successful completion of probation

Skills & attributes...

• Exceptional and assured phone etiquette
• Strong oral and written communication abilities, delivering a warm yet professional demeanor
• Proficient in computer use, particularly with Microsoft Office
• Background in customer service field, demonstrating a natural aptitude and enthusiasm for sales
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or call centers is advantageous, but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided
