Job Description:

This role is full time onsite, based at our Distribution Centre (Worcester).

  • You would be one of our keycontacts for our largest merchants and their branches to manage the delivery expectations and communication

This would include:

  • Monitor order intake and proactively resolve any issues and advise the customer.
  • Plan and create the most efficient way of delivering merchant orders.
  • Process and followup on nonconformance, returns and discrepancies to internal service level agreements.
  • Cascade information regarding availability of parts and liaising between production planning, dispatch, and sales to ensure timely delivery of products where possible.
  • Report daily on the overall delivery performance and backlog to the logistics department.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects in line with BPS (Bosch Production Systems) principles and use your structured problemsolving techniques.
  • Stride to provide the highest standard of customer service to internal departments and external customers.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner.
  • Excel in customer service.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Accurate with a personal pride in delivering quality.
  • Flexibility of approach towards working hours.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines, be target focused and put the customer first.
  • Receptive to new ideas, approaches, and ways of working; demonstrates willingness and ability to adjust to changing circumstances and demands.
  • Computer literate, Microsoft office tools & ERP SAP knowledge an advantage.

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon - Thurs and Fri with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
