Part-Time Contract

Project Administrator


We are working with a fantastic organisation in London who are undergoing a large project and are in need of a Project Administrator on a part time basis to assist with the development project.


Core deliverables of this post include:

  • Arrange regular and ad hoc meetings, coordinating complex and busy diaries to secure dates and times
  • Create and manage MS Outlook and MS Teams Calendar Events, ensuring all attendees are invited
  • Take accurate and detailed minutes of key meetings, ensuring all actions are captured and recorded as agreed
  • Prepare and distribute all meeting paperwork, including Powerpoint presentations
  • Work closely with EAs and PAs to coordinate busy diaries and ensure that all relevant information is communicated in a timely fashion
  • Respond to enquiries from all stakeholders promptly, accurately, and politely, escalating to the Project Manager as required
  • Maintain an accurate and uptodate Project Directory of all stakeholders.
  • Deal with administrative enquiries from suppliers and contractors

Required skills/experience includes:

  • Strong experience of undertaking meeting administration, including minute taking, diary coordination, and preparation of relevant paperwork
  • Possess strong organisational skills and a very keen eye for detail and accuracy

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong previous experience in either a personal assistance/ Executive assistant role or Project Support/ Project Administrator

Location:
fully remote

Part time: 3 days per week

Length:
until May 2023 (potential to extend)


Rate:
£130 PAYE per day
