Role Overview:

Responsible for management of mobile and HoloLens devices, User Acceptance testing through to live Deployment.

Possess strong technical knowledge of iOS, Android and HoloLens Operating Systems and will have experience with a variety of end user device technologies.


Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on

  • MEM administrator, with a focus on iOS and Android.
  • Providing third level escalation support MEM queries.
  • Provide Application Expertise relating to; technical environment, deployments or sequencing standards, core builds, all processes and tool sets, systems, resolution of complex technical issues and technical escalation (internally or externally).
  • Liaise with other staff to ensure process and procedure is continually improved. Ensure feedback on all procedures and systems is escalated to appropriate levels and followed through to ensure implementation is carried out.
  • Configuring and maintaining Windows 10 Enterprise devices and iOS/Android mobile devices, ensuring they meet security standards.
  • Define solutions, technologies and standards to blueprint best practice within the technology tower.
  • Quality assures deliverables produced by team members to ensure consistency and accuracy within a single technology solution.

Your previous experience is likely to include.

  • Appropriate IT governance understanding
  • Experience in the deployment of Microsoft, Apple, Android Products
  • Endpoint Manager / Intune or other MDM technologies
  • Use of remote access software to support desktop and mobile platforms

To be successful in this role you will

  • UK business knowledge backed up by suitable academic credentials or experience (e.g. Degree/Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist status)
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of Intune or other MDM and IOS and Android operating systems.
  • ITIL / PRINCE2 process and service desk experience desired
