Are you seeking a position in Accounts? Do you have previous bookkeeping experience and are looking for your next challenge in a dynamic environment?


Juice is excited to be working with a rapidly expanding property company, based in Bath, in their search for a talented Accounts Assistant to join their team.


DAY TO DAY:


  • Monitoring and managing supplier & sales invoices
  • Inputting VAT returns & reviewing VAT rates
  • Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Monitoring and forecasting cashflow
  • Credit card & supplier reconciliations
  • Analysis of cost for tenants/residents

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:


  • Previous experience in an Accounts / Finance / Bookkeeping position


  • Financerelated qualifications

  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficient IT user especially Excel
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Ability to oversee multiple tasks to a high standard

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
