Position Summary & Requirements:

Sysdoc operate a modern workplace experience leveraging Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.

We work closely with our New Zealand team to ensure we have robust, secure, and innovative technologies in place to enable our teams when delivering exceptional consulting services.


We are looking for a high-tempo individual who is enthusiastic about sustainable enabling technology, who wants to input into our business growth, and can operate autonomously and look for improvement opportunities with how we deliver services to our business users.


Desirable skills/interests:


  • Familiarity using Power BI and working with the Power BI service.
  • Experience working with the wider Azure service portfolio.
  • Experience with PowerShell.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and improving IT processes.

There will be a full handover of R&R's as our super Head of IT is moving on after 14 years with us.

Requirements:


Key skills and requirements:


  • Demonstrate a good understanding of systems thinking.
  • Confident working with Microsoft 365 products and administrative portals.
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (specifically Power Automate)
  • Confident working with Microsoft Entra ID, managing dynamic groups, and groupbased licensing.
  • Experience working with hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID deployments.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and supporting technologies.
  • Able to maintain cost control and governance for systems and technologies used in the business.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and seek business input where required.
  • You will be fully responsible for all Business Systems and IT Ops across Sysdoc UK plus ensure that key relationships with our New Zealand colleagues remains strong and utilised.
