Job Description:

As a GPO you will be internationally responsible for the process harmonization with the eight focus markets for the rollout of OneCRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
Moderation and responsibility for the process optimization of all reports across all service Epics.
Gap analysis between countries and template overview for process variances.
Cross topic alignment between service processes.
Work within an agile environment using SAFe working mode.
Testing of developed features for the respective area.
Training and assurance of process and tool know how within the country organization.
Your main sparring partners are BDO, BD and local process owners. You will collaborate closely within the service area to align with all other process owners

Qualifications:

Education: excellent degree in business, computer / information science or similar qualification.
Comprehensive knowhow Cloud CRM covering After Sales (for example in Sales Force / MS 365 / C4C) in the areas of process, data management and interface (SAP ECC, cloud telephony etc.) design.
Personality: dedicated, detailedoriented, high IT and process affinity, strongly goaloriented, responsible, structured, team player with professional speaking and communication skills
Working Practice: working analytically and structured, understanding and explaining/illustrating complex topics, highly motivated and motivating
Experience and Knowledge: relevant professional experience in (service) processes and IT; project experience. Convincing towards process stakeholders with an intercultural mindset and openness
Mobility: Travel when required
Enthusiasm: motivated to work in and guide an international team and new business field within the local organisation, Home Comfort

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon - Thurs and Fri with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
