Terumo Aortic are currently recruiting for a Marketing Collateral Specialist to join our global Marketing team. This role will provide support across all functions including global marketing, regional sales and marketing and internal commercial functions.

The main responsibilities of the role are;

Review sample requests and stock to fulfil requirements from the markets
Acquire and pack samples for distribution
Liaise with the direct markets/distributors to understand their regional requirements and timelines for forecasting
Establish a process for tracking outbound shipments and return of systems/samples
Implement process for managing the stock of all product samples
Liaise with product marketing, finance and relevant internal associates regarding expired stock
Liaise with production planning and manufacturing regarding recompactions of our delivery systems across all product ranges
Ensure labelling of samples to comply with regulatory requirements
Manage the inventory of marketing collateral
Raise new sample request forms for samples & recompactions as required
Coordinate with finance regarding the costs for individual items to be recharged to the markets
Responsible for our online marketing approval system (Veeva) in the role as coordinator
Provide ongoing support to marketing reviewers/approvers
Review comments on approval system and direct to document owner
Ensure regular reminders are issued to reviewers/approvers to accelerate the approval of documents
Maintaining log and issuing of document part numbers for tracking and auditing purposes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good administrative and IT skills
Experience in similar role/background
Must be able to work as part of a team but also display initiative
Needs to be organised and articulate
