Rate of pay between £12 - £13


Tasks are:

  • Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
  • Maintains the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Reports to the Senior Maintenance Operative
  • Communicates with Duty Managers, housekeeping and reception for outstanding jobs
  • Painting and decorating hotel rooms, furniture and equipment this is a big part of the job therefore some experience and great attention to detail, leaving work environment clean and tidy is essential.
  • Need to be able to handle pressure and a fast pace work environment.
  • Unclogging guest toilets
  • Punctual and able to work fast with reasonable time in completing jobs
  • Replacing light bulbs, fixing shelves, broken furniture in bedrooms
  • Other ad hoc handymen jobs including painting and decorating.
  • Have a basic knowledge of Plumbing/Carpentry/Wall Tiling/Decorating skills
  • Be fully familiar with all Health and Safety instructions relevant to your area of work.
