T Brown Group are looking for an Operational Support Administrator to join our Domestic Repairs team. This will be based at our Croydon Office.
- £28,000 per Annum

33 days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holiday)

Monday

Friday, 8.00am 5.00pm

What you will be doing.

The Operational Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to ensure an effective and efficient operational and support function to the Field Operations Manager.

The successful Operational Support Administrator will be able to provide support and information at all stages of works. They will be able to both review and analyse various reports, working to ensure continuous improvement within the contract(s).

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Previous experience in highvolume, highpressure environments.
Excellent organisational Skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience within a similar position.
A commitment to delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all time
Excellent time and workload management
Previous experience or knowledge of the Social Housing Market
Experience of working in partnership with Local Authority Clients.
