We are seeking confident, pro active and patient people with a passion for children's education.

Do you have the above and could see yourself working as a
Teaching Assistant?
We all need to start somewhere and if you are keen to work in a classroom, have the intelligence and understanding necessary to nurture children, we would love to hear from you


The role will vary depending on our assignment but will include:

  • Helping to prepare and set up the classroom
  • Work with small groups and individual students who need additional support
  • Assist with literacy, numeracy and reading
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students
  • Patient, empathetic and understanding
  • A hard worker who can invest in learning the role
  • Someone with previous experience or knowledge of working with children
  • Passionate about safeguarding children
  • Able to communicate well across all levels and a good command of English
  • Holds a child workforce DBS on the update service or willing to allow Principal Resourcing to complete one.
