The Nurse Education team are looking for a highly motivated individual to support and participate in the provision of evidence-based education and training for the nursing workforce, to ensure they have the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours to deliver high quality and compassionate person-centred care.


The Clinical Education Facilitator role is an essential part of our workforce as they are at the forefront of patient care and in a unique position to support healthcare needs.


The post holder will work in collaboration with clinical staff and education teams to ensure that the clinical education and development needs to our nursing workforce within the organisation are identified and addressed and facilitated using approved and evidence-based methods.

The post holder will be a visible role model in providing clinical support, advice, and guidance to learners under the direction of the Deputy of People Development and will work closely with Practice Development Nurses.


You will be responsible for providing evidence-based teaching within the clinical areas and ensuring nurses, including nursing associates, are competent to provide care.

This role will support clinical skills and associated competencies within the clinical areas.
