  • Directorate management teams in the management of concerns.
  • Input all concerns onto Datix, identifying grade / category / theme and to ensure that all complaints are acknowledged both verbally and by letter.
  • Deal with concerns of a highly sensitive nature, communications needs to be empathetic and appropriate.
  • Ensure all databases relating to concerns are managed and updated.
  • Format correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • To collate data and run reports on behalf of the wider team in relation to concerns as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

To provide comprehensive, professional and confidential service to ensure that all concerns are managed in accordance with NHS complaints legislation.

The role will also involve provision of administrative support for the Division. The role entails frequent contact with patients, members of the public and senior personnel within and external to the organisation
