The Role

BASE LOCATION:
Bellshill. On-site for initial 3-month training period moving to a hybrid model thereafter.

SALARY:
Up to £18k with participation in our bonus scheme

WORKING PATTERN:
Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)


Role Description

Are you looking to launch your career in sales in a fast-paced and growing industry? We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Trainee Outbound Sales Advisor to join our newly formed and expanding team.


As part of our Kick Academy programme, you will receive comprehensive training and support from our highly experienced Outbound Sales Manager to help you develop both personally and professionally.

You will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calling across our four primary divisions:
Microsoft Dynamics, Infor ERP & Finance, IT Services and Communications.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn. Previous experience is not required as training will be provided whilst in role. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to join our team and kickstart your career in sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple activities simultaneously and prioritise own workload.
  • Research, track, maintain and update leads within CRM.
  • Use a range of tools and methods to analyse and assimilate data.
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities and demonstrate objection handling.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services and articulate key features and benefits to prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales when working on activity relevant to lead generation.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management.

  • Good attention to detail
  • A curious mind that is open to learning new tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, time management and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Office 365 is preferable.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Selfmotivated and driven, ability to work alone and as part of a team.
