Technical Team Lead | Hybrid | Permanent | Up to £55k


Azure AD, Office365, Exchange, Azure, Networking, VMware, Hyper-V, Telephony, Cisco, SAN, 2 nd Line, EUC**
The role
Our client is looking for a Technical Team Lead to operate and lead a 2 nd line support team.

This will consist of both supporting local onsite presence for all infrastructure/support matters and working closely with the service desks to identify areas ofimprovement.

You will be responsible for improving the team's quality of service and monitoring End User Computing (EUC)


Key Skills

  • Citrix / XenDesktop 7.15 upwards (VDI's)
  • Cloud: Azure + Office 355 + Exchange
  • Networking
  • Automation: Scripting in Powershell or VB etc.
  • Virtualization including VMware and/or Hyper-V
  • Telephony VOIP (Avaya/8x8)
  • SAN experience

Key Points

  • This role is based in Caerphilly, Wales
  • 3/4 days onsite (Hybrid)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Out of Office hours for incident/project work
  • Some travel to London, South Wales & European offices.
