My client, who has offices in both Derby and Nottingham, are on the lookout for an ambitious Commercial Fee Earner to join an experienced team in Derby, who deal with a wide range of complex commercial matters across different sectors including dispute resolution/litigation, corporate/commercial law, commercial property and some employment law.

As a Commercial Fee Earner, your role will include a range of corporate and/or commercial matters and you will advise on matters including:

Terms and conditions
Contracts
Shareholder agreements
Business sales and purchases
Corporate restructuring
Business exit planning

My client is looking for a Commercial Fee Earner who is a chartered legal executive or a non-qualified fee earner with solid experience within commercial law and has an upwards of 2years+ experience in the above.

Experience in management and business outside the legal profession may be an advantage but not essential, as well as experience advising on commercial property transactions.

My client offers flexible working hours and full and part time positions are available.
