Description

Who are we?

Carlton Power is an independent energy project developer at the forefront of energy transition and net zero efforts across the UK and Europe.

Originally formed in 1995 with a rich history of gas fired power generation projects to our name, we have evolved to focus on renewable energy sources that support the transition to a net zero economy.

UK and European legislation is pushing industry towards a low carbon future, with ambitious net zero targets to meet by 2050.

We want to support this transition by providing renewable and low carbon energy infrastructure, while maintaining a safe and reliable power supply to electricity networks.

As an integrated developer, owner and operator of low carbon generating assets, we are uniquely placed with our multi-disciplinary, experienced team, to consider all aspects of energy development including planning, permitting, procurement, financing, construction, and operation.
