We are working with a successful business who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role will be working in a fast paced environment processing a 1,000 employees on a weekly basis. This role will be office based.

  • Preparation and administration of weekly timesheets from workers
  • Preparation of new staff documents for payroll deadlines on weekly basis
  • Monitoring tasks through to completion
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Communicate with employees regarding the submission, processing and payment of expenses
  • Active verification of expenses and payroll information received
  • Adhoc duties as and when required to ensure efficient and productive delivery of the payroll department
