Job title:

Salary:
£43,000+ per annum

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for managing a number of service management practices through an ITIL framework
Managing change management, release management, deployment management, IT asset management and configuration management
Responsible for managing all Data & Analytics support related changes & releases, service assets and configuration items
Accountable for managing changes & releases across a number of different D&A Services (Tableau, IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos Analytics etc.)
Analysis of trends and identifying areas for improvement, taking necessary preventive and corrective actions
Responsible for managing the tasks and resources associated with environment build and maintenance activities
Interact with different customers / technical resources on a daily basis.

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

Experience in Change & Release Management as part of the IT Software Development Lifecycle
Experience in Service Asset & Configuration Management utilising a Configuration Management Database
Experience in working under an ITIL Service Management framework
Customer service experience, strong relationship building, influencing and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

ITIL Certified

The Services Estate team:

As the Data & Analytics (D&A) Change, Release & Config Lead, you will reside within the D&A Service Operations Team (Service Estates Team).

Working within a dynamic, fast paced, customer focused Data & Analytics environment, you will be responsible for providing support to customers.
