Personnel Selection are pleased to be supporting our fantastic client with the recruitment of their new Member Support Manager.

This is a Field based Account Management role, in which you are able to work on the road, remotely and from their Tankerlsey offices.

This is a new role, which looks to support members/customers ensuring that they benefit from all that is on offer.

With your support and guidance and acting as their first point of contact and the face of the business. In this role you will need to travelregularly across the country to group meetings and member premises.

The hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 25 days leave + bank holidays, a contributory pension, staff discounts and life assurance make up some of the benefits.

Our client is working hard to improve sustainability through eco initiatives to help save the planet, as well as money.

Whether that is by implementing solar panels on their warehouses, working with suppliers or helping you identify energy efficient products.

It is essential that you will have the following demonstrable experience:
A role where you were required to travel across the UK.
Personality and enthusiasm to engage a diverse range of business owners (diversity in cultural, regional, size and capability levels).
Strong relationship management and skills.
Ability to market and sell the service with authenticity.
Knowledge of various tools/techniques to engage B2B audiences.
Self-directed and motivate to meet goals and objectives.
