Description

We are looking for a Client Representative to join our team and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Provide product knowledge and training to clients as needed
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling

Experience:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
From £25,225.80 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
