Reporting to the CEO, the HR Lead will take overall operational responsibility for ensuring the creation of a fantastic working environment and an engaging employee experience.


The successful applicant will be based in Head office in Milton Keynes but hybrid working, and will form part of our wider Senior Management Team.

As a growing business, the successful applicant will play a key role in the growth strategy over the 1-2 years,Over time, the role may evolve for the right person into a HRD role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for creating and delivering bestinclass HR services and programs
  • As HR Lead you will partner with senior leaders to work both operationally and execute the business strategy to build organizational capabilities, develop diverse talent and teams, enable employee engagement and support a culture of belonging.
  • Identify trends in assigned business areas to create and implement plans to address challenges (skills gap, turnover, diversity, performance/improvement management and restructuring etc.)
  • Lead annual talent and performance processes; working with managers to proactively manage performance issues.
  • Participate in, lead and drive HR projects
  • Drive effective and timely talent processes, ensuring development, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to ensure we have the best, diverse team
  • Partner with the business on projects that engage associates and promote retention of key talent. Understand associate needs and facilitate effective communications between leaders and associates.
  • Counsel leaders in company policies and procedures, legal considerations and company priorities
  • Coordination and implementation of HR Processes, policies and benefit reviews
  • Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach with clear documentation and follow through;
  • Maintain standards to meet compliance regulations with strong understanding of UK labor law and the organization's legal and compliance policies
  • Provide & followup on HR analytics & metrics
  • Maintain records and enter data into Workday (HR systems) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Proven experience in HR environment with minimum 5 years in same or equivalent roles
CIPD Qualified or equivalent certification

  • Experience supporting office based and fieldbased environment preferred
  • Ability to facilitate/deliver training programs for business leaders and associates
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law
  • Building fitforpurpose governance and internal business communications channels
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills, and stakeholder management ability.
