Description
This role will be based 2 days in either of the listed offices and 3 days working from home.

Newminster House, 27-29 Baldwin Street, Bristol, BS1 1LT 246 Station Road, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 4AF The Willow Surgery, Hill House Road, Bristol, BS16 5FJ Skills and Experience: Essential: Previous admin management experience.

Leadership and good decision making skills. Experience of working with and dealing with the public.

Experience of motivating a team to regularly achieve business KPIs and rewarding as appropriate. Ability to manage competing priorities. Providing support to senior admins in conducting audits to ensure meeting of KPIs. A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can lead by example.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Flexibility in working hours as per the needs of the business, Excellent time management skills. An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.

Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required


Desirable:

Previous experience working with IAPTus systems NHS Pathway and processes experience This is a secondment/fixed term role for 12 months.
