About the Role
As the Head of Growth, you will be owning the growth of a HeliosX brand.

You will work closely with the Director of Growth and have the ownership and the autonomy to fully drive the exponential growth of the brand.


What You'll be Doing

  • Craft a growth strategy that scales our business to the next level through leadership, innovation, relentless drive and impact
  • You will be focused on identifying and prioritising opportunities for growth and innovation across the brand.
  • Ensure that spend across channels and campaigns is optimised to maximise profitability over the mediumlong term.
  • Work with teams to set ambitious stretch goals and roadmaps to execute the company and growth strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand team to ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging across all customer journeys on our products
  • Lead the team to drive fullfunnel acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing channels
  • Endtoend ownership of our growth channels including paid social, paid search, CRM, product marketing, CRO, SEO, influencer marketing and affiliates
  • Oversee CRM to drive conversion and retention
  • Partner closely with Product to ensure that the product roadmap allows the brand to maximise its growth ambitions
  • Build and deliver growth forecasts to refine scenarios based on company revenue & CAC projections; manage capital allocation across the brands and channels to optimise performance.
  • Own the brand's pricing strategy using experimentation to increase performance
  • Run meetings, reports and manage KPIs to effectively track team and business performance
  • Explore, strategize, and execute emerging channel opportunities that we have not yet tested, supporting our broader goal of channel diversification
  • Scale, manage and mentor a successful team and proactively foster a culture that reflects company values and enables excellence

Who You Are

  • Extensive professional experience in high performance environments, ideally in ecommerce environments
  • Very strong user acquisition experience, across all channels especially PPC and paid social
  • Proven ability to develop and execute user retention strategies via CRM and product
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing
  • Experience managing highly complex & ambiguous situations; building & implementing processes from scratch. You can systematically break down and solve complex realworld problems.
  • You have worked closely with Product teams to understand and augment the underlying product; not just changing landing pages.
  • You have the ability to hire Aplayers for your team, and you're experienced in building worldclass Growth and Marketing organisations. You've already managed to demonstrate your team leading experience and coaching skills in a rapidly scaling organisation.
  • Customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs
  • You're highly analytical & datadriven you use realworld data to formulate, test, and validate your hypotheses. You're excellent at quantitative and qualitative analysis, and are passionate about metrics.
  • You have a deep understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
