Neon Arena Services are a crewing and events company based on the NEC in Birmingham.
We are looking for new B1 forklift drivers to work on exciting projects in the Live Events Industry, with start dates throughout September and October 2023.
This is not your typical 9-5 job If you are enthusiastic, physically fit and willing to get stuck in, then this could be the job for you.
What we do:
We work at the main venues in Birmingham including: Utilita Arena, Resorts World Arena and the NEC. Every year we are involved in thousands of events including arena concerts, sporting events and exhibitions.
We offer a range of services, but your main duties will include:
- Loading/Unloading lorries at event site
- Operating a Forklift around site
- Forklifting on busy and confined event build/derigs
- Working on site alongside other crew members and forklift drivers.
What we are looking for:
- You must be over 18 and physically fit
- Flexible and prepared to work weekends

- Punctual and reliable
- Good Communication

- Birmingham B40 1PJ Hours: Open ⋅ Closes 4 pm: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)
