An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated individual, Trading Operations Operator at Sky Betting and Gaming.

As a Trading Operations Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Trading product both Pre and Live, covering multiple roles including managing event settlement, Incident handling and planning Live Event coverage throughout the day.

This will be across Football, Sports and Racing.

We work around the sporting calendar, so we are often in the office at evenings and weekends.

You will be asked to work between the hours of The business remains open 365 days a year and the shifts will be focused around big sporting events although we aim to accommodate flexible working requests.

Overtime will be available.

Your role in 'better'

Key responsibilities include:

Scheduling and Booking of all Live Sports events
Working with the Trading Desk Supervisors to ensure the live product is optimized each day.
Quick/accurate resulting of markets across all sports Pre and Live.
Reacting quickly to information from third parties/internal tools.
Handling both planned and unplanned Technical Outages across the Sportsbook.
Working closely with the wider Trading Department, Social Team and Customer Experience team to improve the customer experience.
Owning Product and Operational efficiencies that lead to improving the overall customer experience, weather this be quicker settlement or improved event availability.
Collaborating with our Flutter colleagues in multiple locations to ensure consistency across all Flutter brands. This will be achieved either remotely or travelling to other office locations.
