Export Coordinator / Sales And Customer Relations Coordinator

Export Sales Co-ordinator required - Derbyshire


The Best Connection are working in partnership with a company based in the Derbyshire to find an Export Sales Co-ordinator to join a growing team.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 / Friday 08:30 - 16:00:


  • Pay: £25,000
  • £28,000 (Depending on experience):

Permanent/ Temporary to Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities of an Export Sales Co-ordinator:

  • Converting sales leads in to orders
  • Provide relevant and accurate export documentation relating to both Import and Export of goods
  • Export quotations and pricing queries
  • Accurate record keeping for Export customers.
  • Conducting internal sales meetings
  • Communicating with relevant professional bodies
  • Work closely with different departments
  • Liaise with Credit Control in relation with Export orders

Skills and Experience Required of a Export Sales Co-ordinator:

  • Previous experience with INCO terms
  • Produce documents with AWB & BL
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Previous experience with sea or air export sales
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Previous sales experiences
  • An understanding of dangerous goods and processes
