Apprenticeship - EDMUNDSON ELECTRICAL WIMBLEDON/MERTON - London
I am currently recruiting for an apprentice to join our team.

The Role:

This diverse role will give you the skills to learn how to provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst earning money working for the market leading company in this industry.

You will achieve success by learning the products that we offer by getting hands on and also by using online workbooks provided free of charge by us.

You will also learn the processes we use to carry out our work.

These range from receiving deliveries from our manufacturing partners, picking and packing customer's orders and dealing with all associated paperwork in a busy warehouse environment.

You will also build and maintain working relationships with customers and suppliers by serving at our Trade Counter and helping customers by providing the goods and services they need to complete their jobs.

Additional training will be provided to allow you to use the equipment that we operate such as fork lift trucks and cable cutting machines as well as our own in house computer systems.

About You:

You will be a keen team player with a positive attitude to work who possesses good communication skills and who is prepared to expand your knowledge within the trade to provide first rate customer service.

You will be someone who can solve problems and work on your own initiative but also take instruction when required.

You will be an excellent time keeper and you must have good numerical and computer skills.

If you have previously had any experience in a retail or trade setting then that would also be beneficial but by no means essential.
