Large expanding financial services firm
We are currently looking for a full time permanent administrator to support numerous departments within a large busy financial services business.
you must be able to work at a fast pace and have the ability to multi task and communicate effectively.
- Assisting with rolling forward and archiving of caseware files for the audit department
- Assisting with bank letter monitoring and management as directed
- Secretarial typing, finalising and printing of documents as directed
- Assist with the preparation of expense claims for department
- Assist with any adhoc client related chargeable tasks
- Updating Job Assessment Form records
- Assist with billing tasks
- Assisting with new client takeon procedures, including research and obtaining the relevant AML documentation
- Arranging appointments, meetings and lunches
- Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
- Opening and distributing post/packaging outgoing mail
- Logging all incoming documents and cheques
- Photocopying/scanning
- Assisting with practical office management tasks
- Reception Assistance
- Provide support to the Reception function
