We are looking for a SCM Specialist to join the newly formed Yunex Traffic Business. The role will include design and implementation of global futureoriented strategies, methods, processes, and systems to contribute to the development and improvement for the Yunex Traffic Procurement & Logistics organisation.
What are my responsibilities?
Serve as the global SAP key user for the Procurement & Logistics department, providing expertise and support in utilizing SAP functionalities effectively.
Lead the implementation of the new SAP S/4 HANA system, for the Procurement & Logistics department worldwide, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of the system within the global supply chain network.
Implement and manage electronic supplier integration initiatives to streamline and automate the exchange of information, orders, and invoices.
Develop and maintain purchase to pay controls, including defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the procurement process.
Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the supply chain, identifying opportunities to leverage technology solutions for improved productivity, visibility, and cost savings.
Coordinate and manage small teams and workgroups to achieve the best outcomes by joint, goaloriented action.
Project management (including the development, implementation, communication, and training strategies) ensuring relevant cross functional stakeholder and regional engagement.
Maintain active communication about area of responsibility to internal customers and conduct onsite trainings to amplify the knowledge.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

Previous and demonstrable experience either within Procurement or a similar commercial function of at least 5 years
Proficiency as an SAP Key User, with a strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to supply chain management.
Experience and knowledge in implementing electronic supplier integration solutions, such as EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) or API (Application Programming Interface) integrations.
Familiarity with purchase to pay controls and expertise in establishing and monitoring control mechanisms to mitigate risk and improve process efficiency.
Adept at driving digitalization and automation efforts, with the ability to identify and implement technological solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, enabling the identification of process improvement opportunities and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management, particularly in the areas of digitalization, automation, and data analytics.
An innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outsideofthebox and to challenge conventional approaches
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings face to face and virtually
Be highly organized with the capability to forward plan and manage budgets effectively
The ability to adapt and change directly when needed and be flexible
Proficiency in English as there will be a global interaction across all Yunex Traffic regional organisations as well
