Description

Having secured multiple contract wins this year and plans to continue doing so, our Service provider client within the property sector are now searching for an experienced Client Accountant to undertake the financial management of a high volume of sitesunder one client, on their occupier services portfolio.

You will be reporting into the Client Accounting Manager, based out of their city centre office.

Ideally, you will;

Be able to demonstrate experience within property or service charges.
Have the confidence to communicate with a host of internal and external stakeholders, with a passion for building relationships and nurturing them.
Be looking for a progressive role, as due to the businesses success the opportunity to move upwards is there.
Ideally be comfortable on Excel to a standard where you are able to implement and use pivot tables.

Be responsible for a highly regarded client, and multiple units from the word go.
Be able to implement your own procedures and way of working to tackle your client, and improve on existing reporting.
Have an impact in a stable and established team with a commitment to staff retention and growth.
Work from home twice a week.
